Owner's Representative

The person or Firm that coordinates all other trades and contractors. The main purpose is to facilitate communication between all parties and keep the owner's best interests in the forefront

Depending on the size of the project, a professional engineer or architect may be required. For smaller projects such as renovations, a designer should be consulted.
